Today our Cobra arrived from Factory Five via Stewart Transportation. This was an exciting day, like Christmas x1,000,000,000. I must say the system in which Stewart implements for packing and delivery is impressive. YOu cann tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. Fortunately for us we had the chassis dolly ready to go. In less than an hour we had everything in the garage.

Steps
Squarely cut your 4" x 4" lumber into (2) 44" lengths.
Squarely cut your 2" x 4" lumber into (2) 21" length pieces.
Cut each 21" piece with a 45° angle inward at both ends of each piece, so that their final length is 21" at the longest point.
Cut your remaining 2" x 4" lumber into (4) 9" lengths with a 45° angle at one end of each piece.

Today I built this body buck with an extra shelf supports, and no legs. I've got the ceiling height so I've decided hoist it up using pulleys to roll the chassis underneath.
